Hello! I'm Malinda Zenor.
A native of Indiana, I received both Bachelor of Music (Education) and Master of Music (Composition) degrees from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN where I studied composition with the renowned composer Dr. Donald H. White. After retiring from a teaching career of some fifteen years, I have concentrated my efforts on writing music for concert bands and brass quintets.
My husband and I now live in Punta Gorda, Florida, where I play French horn or clarinet and compose new music for The Naples Concert Band, The Charlotte Co.Concert Band, the Venice Concert Band and the North Port Concert Band. I also play piano and sometimes trombone in various ensembles in the area.
